Testimonies:
“Coaching has been very helpful for me. Thanks to these sessions and the teachings in the Beyond Grit book I have been able to implement boundaries at work and address stressors at home which have kept me in in a state of fight or flight for longer than I would like to admit. Being stuck in this fight or flight mode for so long made me feel like I was trapped in a very small, dark, and cloudy box. Suffocating. Having these tools and the ability to process them with you have been life changing. For the first time in a long time; the lid is off the box, the clouds are gone, and the sky is wide open. Thank you.”
“Getting to work and spend time with Crystal in a professional coaching situation has been a game changer for me. Not only does she bring a depth of knowledge to the table, she is an active listener and is able to summarize what she hears to pose just the right question for reflection.”
“Crystal creates a safe and supportive space for me to be vulnerable. This environment of trust and openness allowed me to confront and address my challenges honestly, fostering genuine growth and improvement. I recommend Crystal to anyone seeking to grow as a leader and become better equipped to handle the complexities of their professional and personal lives.”
